Selk'nam hoodie. The selknam were a Patagonian paleolitic tribe that went extinct last century. They had such cool body paint. If interested I have an entire other board dedicated to them.
In the South Chile, the weather is harsh and cold compared to the rest of the tropical country. The Quillangos is a cloak that is wrapped around the body for warmth and made often from guanaco, a type of camel.
