Julee's Thread and Needle
Joyful Noise was created out of a single piece of off-white muslin using Derwent Inktense pencils and blocks. I drew the circles and filled them in with Sun Yellow, Apple Green, Teal Green, Sea Blue, and Deep Indigo. The quilting was done with matching embroidery thread and black Gutermann cotton. I used mini rick-rack in the binding. It measures 40" square.
