How I made these 💙🩵💙 Cookies are stuffed with salted caramel and then cookie dough is pressed into a 4 inch silicone mold. I fill my molds all the way to the top. Dough may rise and spread at the top. To combat this, you can chill for 20-30 minutes as well as use a 4 inch cookie cutter to reshape the tops when they are still warm.
