VOOR DE SAUS • 1 rode paprika, in blokjes • 1 gele paprika, in blokjes • 1 groene paprika, in blokjes • 1 ui, gesnipperd • 2 teentjes knoflook, geperst • 2 tl Traditional Jerk kruidenmix* (heb je die niet? Gebruik dan i.i.g een mengsel van paprikapoeder, zout, uipoeder en kurkuma) • 70 gr tomatenpuree • 350 ml kippenbouillon . BEREIDING: 1. Meng het gehakt met de ui, eieren, kruiden en paneermeel en kneed goed door. Vorm balletjes ter grootte van een pingpongbal . 2. Verhit de olijfolie in een pan en bak de gehaktballetjes rondom bruin.
