How to Brisé in ballet
Brush the floor as much as possible, so when you get off the floor you get a boost Cross the legs in the beat more than you need to and they will rebound off each other Hinge at the hip, this will stop you falling back when you land Also don’t do any small extra preparations before the step If you struggle use a barre or don't do ballet arms.
