Hawaiian Weddiing Cake
Quick and easy to make, this recipe is a favorite for Easter.💐 1 pkg yellow cake mix 1 pkg 8oz cream cheese 2 cups milk 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding (3.75oz) 1 can crushed pineapple (20oz) 1 9oz container cool whip Chopped walnuts if desired Bake the yellow cake mix per box instructions in a 9x13 pan. Drain pineapple, set aside. Blend cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and rest of milk. Mix slowly until thick and spread over cooled cake. Spoon pineapple over pudding, then spread cool whip on top of that. Chill for 3-4 hours before serving.

When cutting the pineapple, if you would like to use the bottom half as a serving bowl, make sure to cut it according to and set the bottom half aside once the pineapple has been removed and diced. • In a bowl, combine pineapple, red onion, cilantro, and sweet peppers. • Add freshly squeezed lime juice and salt. Stir to combine. • Season to taste. If you set aside the bottom half of the pineapple, add in the salsa, and serve! Ingredients • 1/4 cup bourbon • 1/4 cup light brown sugar • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped • Salt & pepper to taste Directions • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate salmon for at least 3-4 hours or for best results, overnight. Freezes well in marinade. • When cooking salmon, bake in oven at 375 degrees for approximately 20 mins or until opaque in color. INGREDIENTS 3 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed 3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp honey 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Lavender Lemonade
• 2 cups water • 1 cup sugar • 1/4 cup dried lavender buds • 1 tbsp honey • 4 cups fresh lemon juice • Ice, for serving • Lemon slices & lavender springs for garnish 1. Combine the water, sugar, and lavender in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. 2. Remove from heat and stir in honey. 3. Set aside for 10 minutes. Strain out lavender. 4. Let cool completely, then stir in lemon juice. 5. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
