Cut your mini sweet peppers in half and remove the seeds. Fill with V8 dip and add greenery by using fresh dill or parsley. TO MAKE THE V8 DIP FILLING: Ingredients • 1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix • 8oz cream cheese, softened • 1/3 cup V8 original juice Directions • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
