APPLE PUFF PASTRY DESSERT
1hr · 4 servings APPLE PUFF PASTRY DESSERT Ingredients: • 2 Green Apples • 6 tablespoons Honey • 6 teaspoons Pistachios (Ante Pistachios) • 6 pieces Puff Pastry Sheets • Instructions: • - Place parchment paper on the bottom of a baking dish. Put 1 tablespoon of honey in each spot. Remember to leave some space between them) • - Place 1 teaspoon of pistachios over the honey and arrange sliced apples on top. • - Put a round-cut puff pastry sheet over the apples, press the edges, and brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. • - After baking, flip the desserts and serve by dusting powdered sugar on top. • Bon appétit! (S)

INGREDIENTS: 1 lb frozen edamame pods 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp finely minced garlic 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp honey 1 tsp chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp chili oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional) - Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the frozen edamame pods. Cook for 6 minutes until they turn bright green.
