This Dream Tin Can cake is a gorgeous, layered chocolate cake that has to be tasted to be believed! There's a bottom layer of chocolate syrup cake, dark chocolate ganache, a layer of the richest chocolate custard, a crisp chocolate "crack" shell layer and a blanket of cocoa! All baked in a "tin can" or lidded cake tin. This is a sumptuous, rich and chocolatey cake and it is also a pushy recipe! I called her Althea.

It takes 2 INGREDIENTS to make this addictive Fudge 🤯😍 This is one of my favourite quick and easy recipes. It's so delicious, creamy and luscious!! Here's how you can make this recipe at home ☺️ Ingredients: •Condensed milk-200 gms •Cocoa powder-140 gms Process: - Add the condensed milk to a non-stick and heat it up on a low heat - Once the condensed milk starts simmering,remove it from the heat - Sieve the cocoa powder in it part by part and fold in the mixture - Transfer it into a greased tin lined with plastic wrap , make sure the plastic wrap is also greased - Fridge it for 4 hours or overnight - Dust some cocoa powder on the base before de moulding the fudge and also some on the top - Cut it into squares with a hot knife - Shape them as per your choice and Enjoy! #fudge

Chocolate Panna Cotta
Ingredients • 100g whipping cream • 95g milk • 20g sugar • 50g dark chocolate • 5g gelatine leaves • 30g water Method: • Soak gelatine leaves in cold water for 10 minutes. • In a pan on medium/low heat, add cream, milk and sugar until dissolved. • Add chocolate and mix. • Add squeezed gelatine leaves. • Allow to cool and strain into ramekins. • Refigerate a minimum of 8 hours or overnight. • Recipe adapted Vy Khue
