Barros Jarpa...(is a sandwich of ham cheese and hot homemade bread, very popular in Chile. He says he owes his name to Ernesto Barros Jarpa, a lawyer and several times minister of Chile, who provided a similar sandwich called the Union Club of Santiago).
Bistec a lo Pobre....(It consists of fried meat, onions, eggs and chips. There are many similar dishes with different names in other parts of the world. Serve with rice preferably. It is popular in Peru and Chile).
