I love Seared Tuna Tataki and am actually surprised I haven’t done this recipe yet. Tataki is a Japanese style of cooking that uses really high heat to get a sear on the meat, leaving the middle rare. I splashed the tuna tataki with a citrus and soy sauce blend for the perfect dinner!
