Once an advocate for Ayrton Senna, then a teammate, Prost soon became Senna's rival then became a bit obsessed with him. He just couldn't beat Senna. It was only after Senna died that he seemed to honor this reluctant friendship and his jealously matured into a genuine respect and recognition of greatness.
