Wetroom shower with freestanding tub - Are the tubs tilted for slope?

I’m starting to see more and more of these wetrooms, but I can’t figure out how standing water on the floor around the tub is managed? A claw foot tub could be shimmed on a sloped floor, but I was under the impression these acrylic tubs had to be sealed flat to the tile with caulk - as such, either ...
