In many cultures, the color red is traditionally used as a symbol of protection, good luck, or blessing. In my native Argentina, red-threaded bracelets are used to ward off evil spirits. It's very common to see kids and adults wearing a red thread on their wrists at all times. The Prana bracelets are my modern interpretation of a classic good luck charm.
