Chocolate Chip Cookies With Crisco
My friend's secret recipe (dairy free) chocolate chip cookies: 4 c flour 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 c butter flavored crisco 1 1/2 c white sugar 3/4 c brown sugar 3 eggs 3 tsp vanilla 1 bag chocolate chips. Cream Crisco and white sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla and brown sugar. Add dry ingredients and mixed until combined. Add chips and chill dough. 375° for 10-11 min. Makes 53 with my medium scoop.
