Boliche Cubano (Cuban Pot Roast) ~ a special Cuban meal would not be complete without Boliche. The beef (most commonly eye of round roast), is marinated in the tangy Cuban marinade, Mojo Criollo, then stuffed with chorizo, and cooked in a flavorful wine broth until the beef is meltingly tender. Hungarian Goulash.....this is my favorite recipe for goulash.  I add a little worcestershire sauce and a little brown sugar with the tomato paste and garlic, then transfer to a crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.  I also increased the Hungarian paprika to 3 TBSP.  Also, if I have some beef broth I use it with less water than called for.  I serve it over egg noodles.....it's fab!
