Skinny Baked Tilapia     1 lb. Tilapia fillets     1/4 cup olive oil     1 tsp. paprika     1 tsp. ground ginger     1 tsp. dried mustard     1 tsp. ground black pepper     1 tsp. italian seasoning     1/2 tsp. garlic salt     pinch of red pepper flakes  Preheat over to 375 degrees.  In a small bowl combine olive oil and spices and mix well.  Dip each tilapia fillet into the seasoning mixture and place on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper).  Bake for 10 minutes or until flakey.
