Cool but improbable artwork (from 'Le blog de Romain Hugault'). Artistic licence is fine by me. Note that night bombers did not fly in formation, rather in a loose 'stream'. Twin engined night fighters did not typically operate in conjunction with searchlights (associated with Flak positions), they prowled the stream.
