Try "the bow" napkin fold. 1)With the napkin face down, fold the top edge and bottom edge into the middle  2)Repeat! (fold the top and bottom edges to the middle again - will look like a skinny rectangle)  3)Fold left edge into the middle; fold the right edge into the middle overlapping on top of the left (should look like a neatly folded square now)  4)Turn the napkin over and cinch the middle with string, twist ties, ribbon. Fluff and pull as needed to get the desired bow shape.
