This reduces postage time and allows you to purchase locally. TIMING - Items are custom-made, they don't physically exist until you order them. - Preparation should take 2-4 business days - Products are delivered direct from printer. - After production, domestic delivery typically takes 4-5 business days. International delivery can obviously be longer, but please contact me if you are concerned about time frames with international deliveries. CUSTOMISATION OR PERSONALISATION Please contact me if there is anything you would like changed in my products, including colour in the case of clothing. In most cases I would be happy to customise or personalise for you. Generally the costs are minor and will occur when the t shirt or other item of your choice is more costly to me. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS As our items are made to order no returns or exchanges are accepted, unless due to printer error in which case please contact me and I will make it right. This no returns policy also applies to sizing, so please compare a shirt that fits you well with the measurements in the photos attached to this advertisement.
