new breakfast today! 1/2 cup of nonfat yogurt, 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla milk, 2 tbs of Black chia seeds, 1/2 tbs of agave nectar and 1 tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder. Let that sit overnight and add bannana and blueberries in the morning.
i made with a homemade graham cracker & almond crust. should've baked first for about 8 mins. then added vanilla yogurt, lemon juice & vanilla & topped w lemon zest. baked for about 25 mins. didn't need preserves!
