Day 4 | Rediscovering activities that brought me JOY during my childhood.
My mom’s birthday is this month, so I decided to make her a hand made birthday card, with Snoopy on it, of course. Not only did I love making hand made cards as a kid, but as I got older, I found that crafting in general was very therapeutic. I struggle with being a perfectionist and making messes can be tough for me. When I am doing arts and crafts, I often have art supplies and scraps of paper spread across the whole table. However, I enjoy making art so much that it is one of the few times where making a mess doesn’t even bother me. I think that a hand made gift carries so much more meaning, especially when you gift it to someone you love.
