ÉPICO Sandwich Omelette
¿No te decides entre hacer un omelette o un sandwich? ¡Disfruta este sandwich omelette súper rico y fácil para un desayuno proteico o un almuerzo rápido! Ingredientes: 2 rodajas de pan 2 fetas de queso 1 feta de jamón Salsa sriracha o kétchup al gusto 1 huevo 2 cucharadas de Mozzarella rallada 1. Precalienta el horno a 180C (350F) y cubre una bandeja de horno con papel para horno (como para que el sándwich entre encima). 2. Agrega Sriracha o kétchup sobre el pan. Cubre con queso, jamón y más queso. Cierra el sandwich. 3. Con la parte de atrás de una cuchara, presiona el centro del sandwich y forma un hueco. Rompe el huevo en el hueco y añade mozzarella. 4. Coloca el sándwich en la bandeja de horno y hornea unos 8 minutos, hasta que la clara esté cocida y el queso se haya derretido.
