Spring 2013 NDSU Photo Contest by Calli Belzer This is photo of my friends and I at the sand dunes of Concon a nearby city north of Valparaíso, where I am studying. The sand dunes are right on the ocean and are a gorgeous place to watch the sun go down on the twin cities of Viña del Mar and Valparaíso. It is the calmest place Ive found so far on my time here in Chile.
