homemade kit kat bars 🫶🏼 they’re gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and refined sugar free and so good! wafers • 2 cups almond flour • 1/2 cup coconut sugar • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted • 1/4 cup warm water chocolate filling • 2oz unsweetened chocolate (or 4oz sweetened chocolate) • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (omit if using sweetened chocolate) • 3 tbsp nut butter (almond & cashew butter work well) chocolate coating • 4oz unsweetened chocolate (or 9oz sweetened chocolate) • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (omit if using sweetened chocolate) • 2 tbsp coconut oil (use 1 tbsp if using sweetened chocolate) instructions • 1. preheat the oven to 350F. while the oven preheats, mix together the wafer ingredients (if the dough is too dry add more water, if too wet add more almond

15min · 4 servings Ingredients 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut • 1 can sweetened coconut cream •10 ounce Dark chocolate Method Combine coconut n cream in a mixing bowl. Mix until we’ll combined and sticky. Form the mixture into rounded rectangles, using a spoon, they should be about 2 to 3 inches in length. Wet your hands for easier handling. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Melt the dark chocolate as per package instructions. The chocolate should be smooth and glossy. Dip each candy into chocolate until completely covered. Place on wire rack or parchment paper to harden. Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
