Beary cute cinnamon roll
Ingredients for cinnamon roll: 1. Dough : + 11 gr of instant yeast + 1 1/2 cup milk ( add more if needed because every flour is different) + 2 Tbsp sugar + 1/4 cup of plain yogurt + 1/2 cup of oil + 1Tbsp salted butter + Vanilla extract + One egg white + 5 cups all purpose flour (i use bread flour) + 1Tsp baking powder ( bake at 190 celcius about 25 mins) 2. Filling: + Butter + Brown sugar + Cinnamon powder 3. Cream cheese frosting : + 50gr cream cheese + 250gr heavy cream + 30gr sugar
