Leg Swings (front/back & lateral): 10 reps each direction, each leg 2. Single-Leg Hip Rotations: 8-10 reps per side 3. Alternating Lateral Lunge (toe up): 10 reps per side 4. Hip Flexor to Hamstring Stretch (dynamic): 8-10 reps per leg 5.
