📝INGREDIENTES 2 plátanos de Canarias maduros 2 huevos 2 cdas. de aceite virgen extra 2 cdas. de miel 120 g de harina integral o 140 g de harina normal 2 cdtas. de levadura química (10g) 1 cdta. de sal 2 cdtas. de canela 1 puñado de trozos de chocolate Para decorar: ½ plátano + chocolate *Sacar todos los ingredientes 1 h antes de la nevera. Molde: el de corona va fenomenal para airfryer, este tiene 21cm. Si utilizas un molde normal que sea de 15 cm para que llegue mejor el calor al centro.

Raw Cake Ingredients: 1 cup wild blueberries 1 cup walnuts 1 cup dates 3 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats 2 tbsp shredded coconut 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 lemon, juiced Frosting Ingredients: 1 cup cashews (soaked for about 30 minutes) ½ cup coconut oil, melted and cooled 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 lemon, juiced 2-3 tbsp warm water (as needed to help blend) 1. Combine the raw cake ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is firm. 2. Roll into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Chill in the freezer while you make the icing. 3. 150 g. mantequilla 120 g. azúcar moreno 50 g. azúcar blanco Un chorrito de vainilla 1 huevo y 1 yema Pizca de sal 250 g. harina 100 g. chocolate blanco 125 g. frambuesas Mezcla la mantequilla pomada con los azúcares. Integra bien y añade la vainilla, los huevos y la sal. Cuando tengas una mezcla homogénea, añade la harina y el chocolate blanco troceado. Por último, incorpora las frambuesas intentando no remover demasiado para que no se hagan puré. Haz bolitas y colócalas en una bandeja de horno, hornea con calor arriba y abajo a 180° durante unos 14 minutos.
