3 day diet plan. Looked for this forever. Worked for me but not for everyone. I think it works best as a starter to condition yourself to get rid of all the unhealthy foods. As well as shrink you stomache. (Overeating will stretch out your stomache.) You get used to eating a more normal portion size. Oldie but a goodie. Best if you need to lose more than 20 lbs.
