✍🏼Ingredientes: 1 papa grande o 2 medianas 1 zanahoria mediana 50 gr de queso rallado Condimentos a gusto: usé sal y tomillo 1 huevo 👉🏼Preparación: Lo primero es hervir la papa (yo la hice con cáscara y después las pelee) hasta que esté blanda. Una vez lista poner un bowl y aplasta bien hasta hacerla puré. Agregar la zanahoria rallada (puede ser cruda o salteada con un poco de oliva), el queso rallado, los condimentos a gusto y el huevo. Integrar todo bien. En una placa antiadherente o con papel manteca, dar la forma de palito o la que te guste. Llevar a horno precalentado a 200 por unos 25 min aprox hasta que se doren. Servir con la salsita que más te guste y listooooo🥳

Shamelessly jumping on the Custard Yogurt Toast here! It’s super simple and really quite tasty! I used brioche bread, not because I was trying to be boujee it’s just what I had in the freezer! You’ll need; • Half a cup of yogurt • 1 egg • Pinch of cinnamon • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1/2 tsp vanilla • Fruit of choice • In my case the mixture covered 3 slices of brioche but if you use regular bread 2 slices should do it. Mix together the yogurt, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. Using the back of a spoon make an indentation in the bread, spoon on the yogurt and top with fruit.
