48 hour bubbly olive, rosemary, garlic confit focaccia 🫒 this thick and super soft focaccia was topped with kalamata and green olives, garlic confit, the oil in which the garlic confit was cooking, evoo, fresh rosemary & flaky sea salt I made this focaccia last month for a dinner party and I'm still thinking about how good it was!! crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and the toppings were delicious! p.e.r.f.e.c.t.
