I'm Mery and welcome one more day to a new Cooking For Everyone video. Today we are preparing a delicious red velvet cake without oven made in the microwave. It's so easy it gets super fluffy. And the best of all, it's ready in just ten minutes. So if you want to make it you have the ingredients. In both cups and grams. Below in the description and at the end of the video. And so we began. The first thing we are going to do is mix one hundred twenty five milliliters of milk that if you can be a whole lot along with a spoonful of lemon juice this is known as butter milk and then we will serve to make the cake much more juicy o. Next we will add the dry ingredients and do it with the help of a bleach to prevent lumps. So we put one hundred and fifty grams of wheat flour in it. Sixteen grams of chemical yeast aka baking powder and a pinch of fine salt. We cut it all through. And it's integrated In such a simple way we already have our mix ready. To make the cake I will use this circular mold that measures twenty-two centimetres in diameter and is microwave-friendly. So that it won't stick I'm going to put some non stick spray on all your walls. Y’all can put some oil on it too tho. So let's see our mix How yummy is this going to be please. And it goes in the microwave. We'll let it sit in the microwave at medium power for five minutes. And then microwave to full power and let it sit for two minutes. If after this time the surface of the cake is still raw, we will microwave it at full power at intervals of one minute. Until we see it's totally done. In my case, after seven minutes, as you can see, the cake is fully baked. And to prove it we introduced a stick right in the middle. And as you can see it comes out all clean. So we're just going to let it simmer for about fifteen minutes on a grill. After time we can unmold it. So first we make sure the walls are peeled off like this. With some help of the hands. Next we place on top the plate or base on which we are going to unmold our cake and turn it over. One, two, and three. And stingy. This is how good our cake turned out. As you can see, it's normal whenever it sticks a little. But don't worry because we'll put a Frosting on top of it afterwards. And it will look gorgeous. So now we are going to let it cool completely while we do the Frotting. For this we put in a container eighty grams of unsalted butter at room temperature and seventy glas sugar or impalpable sugar. And we're gonna mix it up very very well. We already have it mixed well, so now we're going to add seventy grams of Philly cream cheese and it's integrated. After spending a minute mixing here we have our cheese ready. So now we put the frosting on the cake it's totally cold already. And we extend it with the help of a pastry tongue. To finish it off I decorated it with red sprinkles and as you can see it turned out super pretty. And when preserving it, I advise you to put it in the fridge. I also cut a little bit off so you can see how good it looks and I'm going to try it on right now. I promise you it's so good, no one would say it's microwave and in so few minutes.
