30min · 12 servings En un bowl mezcla: • 1 taza de avena en hojuelas (esta recomiendo que la muelas por segundos en licuadora para que quede muy picadita) • 1/2 taza de harina de almendras • 1/4 taza de cacao • 3 cdas de azúcar de coco o mascabado • 2 cdas monkfruit • Pizca de sal • 1/2 cdita polvo para hornear 1/4 cdita bicarbonato de sodio Después agrega 1 huevo, 3 cdas aceite de coco derretido, 1/4 cdita vainilla. Mezcla muy bien y por último agrega 1/4 taza de chocolate amargo picado . Forma bolitas y coloca sobre charola para hornear antiadherente o con papel para hornear Hornea a 175 C por 7 a 9 minutos. Deja enfriar por completo y disfruta!
