Ruffled Blouse and Skirt Pattern Ladies sizes
"This Paisley Pincushion pattern is a tissue paper pattern for a blouse and skirt. The skirt is unusual because it only has one seam down the back. Fabric is refolded and cut, skirt is a half circle with a sewn on waist band. Blouse is lined, so it's easy to do the ruffles. Lace or rickrack can be used also. Pattern is very feminine with emphasis on the waist. I used to sew this skirt up years agomostly because it is smooth over the stomach and very fast to make. Sizes are Ladies 4-6, 8-10, 12
