Shamelessly jumping on the Custard Yogurt Toast here!
Shamelessly jumping on the Custard Yogurt Toast here! It’s super simple and really quite tasty! I used brioche bread, not because I was trying to be boujee it’s just what I had in the freezer! You’ll need; • Half a cup of yogurt • 1 egg • Pinch of cinnamon • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1/2 tsp vanilla • Fruit of choice • In my case the mixture covered 3 slices of brioche but if you use regular bread 2 slices should do it. Mix together the yogurt, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup. Using the back of a spoon make an indentation in the bread, spoon on the yogurt and top with fruit. Bake for approx 12 minutes at 180 oC (350 oF) or until the custard is just set. • . • . • . • . • . • , • #yogurttoast #brioche #briochetoast #yogurttoast #greekyogurt #breakfast #breakfastideas
