This is the view from the cabin my wife and I have built in La Junta, Aysen, Patagonia, Chile. It is a double walled earthbag structure insulated against extreme weather conditions by a simple Passive Annual Heat Storage system and almost 50 tons of Turf. The turf provides great strength and rain protection and enables the house to become a part of the land.
