📍 You guys have been blowing me up about this “cottage cheese flatbread” recipe that’s been going viral. Spoiler alert, it’s not very good lol. But it did give me a great idea on how to make a delicious high protein pizza with cottage cheese!

✅ Macros for the WHOLE 12” Cheese Pizza:
640 Cals, 68g Carbs, 16g Fat, 56g Protein

✳️ Ingredients:
70g Self Rising Flour (can sub with AP Flour but just sub in a big pinch of salt and 4g baking powder)
12g Coconut Flour
5g Nutritional Yeast
150g 2% Cottage Cheese (I use Good Culture)
75g Egg Whites
90g Pizza Sauce
56g Part Skim Mozzarella

❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ Blend your cottage cheese and egg white together till smooth.
