But these little seeds can be a bit daunting if you don't know how to use them. So today, I'm sharing three easy ways (and recipes!) to use chia seeds to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

When I use chia seeds every morning in my green tea,I wait 20 minutes to let them absorb the water, what I didn't  know IS when people add them to their foods raw when they digest them the chia seeds THEN take the liquid from your body and absorb it..so that's why it's  so important to let them absorb the water before it absorbs water in you,save that water (right?)
