The original Trix Rabbit is a lot like old Toucan Sam in that he’s an incredibly simple drawing, except for the remarkably thick outline. Like Toucan Sam, Trix Rabbit went from being fairly relaxed to looking like he was just released from the cereal mascot loony bin. Notice the wide open mouth. Sugar Crisp - The Post cereal was originally called Happy Jax, and was renamed to Sugar Crisp. In 1967, The name was later changed to Super Sugar Crisp with mascot Sugar Bear.
