After a drive along the shores of Lake Michigan we decided to look at some of the roadside attractions in the outskirts of Chicago. The first photo shows a half size replica of the Leaning Tower of Pisa which is found in the YMCA Car Park in Niles, Only in America!! We then travelled to Joliet and stopped at the refurbished Rialto Theater, another Route 66 landmark.
