Providence Canyon State Park is located in the southern region of Georgia. The fiery orange rock formations tower high above you, making this park an ideal place for a scenic hike. Providence Canyon came to be due to poor farming practices that eroded the land back in the 1800s. The gullies that make up the canyon run as deep as 150 feet. There are two main trails available for visitors to explore the area.

Day 1: Stop number one on my US road trip was definitely a fun one! Wednesday morning, after a measly 4 hours of sleep, I rolled out of bed, threw the last-minute things in my car, told mom, dad, and Brees bye, and hit the road, stopping first for a Vietnamese Iced Coffee from my favorite coffee shop, Zuhause.
