💪🏼 if you don’t have space or time to do cardio…. All you need is a small space around you and just 10 min. The key to this workout is to move your whole body as much as possible. Really exaggerate the moves to increase that heart rate. 

💥Do each exercise 10 reps in total. (Do 20 reps of knee tucks). Repeat this circuit 3X

💦Take little breaks between exercises, less than 15 sec. Take a minute break in between circuits.
