1. The best way to get more sleep - which will lower levels of the hormone that makes you hungry (ghrelin) - is to simply go to bed earlier. Yes, I know that shift workers can’t be in bed by 10pm. I don’t literally mean go to bed by 10pm… I mean stop staying up so late. And look: you don’t need 3 hours of “me time” after the kids are in bed. One hour is plenty. And second, going to bed earlier will probably give you time to work out in the morning. Let THAT can be your me time.

2. Having set meal times will regulate hunger. If you have regular meal time Get More Sleep, Meal Times, Go To Bed Early, More Sleep, Going To Bed, Go To Bed, Stay Up, Pretty Much, Me Time
