Although we were using a lot of fantasy tropes, I always found it odd how so much of fantasy was so white. It made sense in Tolkien's days, but being persons of color ourselves we felt like why not create a world where our heroes could be from other backgrounds?

I've been working on a custom playing card deck with a friend for about two years. Everything is pretty much done and the Kickstarter is now LIVE! At the very least, I hope you get a laugh from the video for the project :) Even if you are not going to back it, please share it with others!
