This design is called A final curtain call. It suggests (to us at least) the folds and pleats of a velvet theatre curtain. This particular colour combination was carefully chosen from our 40+ colours by our Germany-based client for their modern kitchen with stainless steel cooker hood. .⁠ Colours: Pink 308, Purple 309, Grey 101, Light grey 410, Taupe 105 and Ginger 008. This boldly colourful yet subtly beautiful tiled backsplash installation is installed in the kitchen of a converted church on the Scottish island of Arran. Our client wanted a ceramic tile feature wall to sit between two arched windows and above dark wood cabinets. The backsplash makes full use of the high ceilings to draw your eye up and beyond and given the wealth of space, it creates a surprisingly subtle impact.
