On a quiet evening last week in the Park with friends Bill McIntosh and Mike Greening, I was able to get into Blue Bayou for some quick shots... What makes Blue Bayou unique is the location...It overlooks the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Diners can watch the boats leave the loading dock and head out to pirate adventures.
