Super crisp from outside and soft from inside 💠. Do try & Save for later use 🌞. . . Ingredients ✨ for 12 Bhatura's  Suji - 1/2 cup Curd-1 cup Mix together and keep aside for 5 minutes. Baking soda -1/2 tsp Sugar -1/2 tsp Salt -1 tsp Maida-500 gm Water-3/4 cup Mix everything & knead well for 8 minutes. Add 1 tbsp oil ,knead again for a minute. Gather the dough ,cover with a damp cloth and keep aside to ferment for minimum 1 hour or maximum 4 hours( if you have sufficient time). Make balls as shown in the video. Roll into desired shapes. Deep fry in hot oil. Enjoy. . .
