Gray is my favorite color because it's a visually easy color. What I mean by that is that high pigment colors require more sensory processing capacity and can consume more mental energy for some people. My home clothes are all in gray; I manage my executive functions this way to reserve the rest of the capacity for creative work and housework. ☺️

I have yet found a dark colored Sherpa fleece lining that is as soft and skin-friendly as this light colored one. I've returned two lots of brown and gray ones that I purchased online, unfortunately, as they are not as soft. Lesson learned for shopping for fabric with a specific texture of preference: buy in store where you can touch the product. 😁
