This white linen garment can be worn under women's or men's Elizabethan or Tudor garb. The ruffle at the 16" neck is edged in black, gathered by smocking, and embroidered with hearts. The neck is lined and has two pairs of black satin ribbons for closing. The body has side openings for arms, reinforced at the top by tiny gussets.
