Alfajor bon o bon
20min · 14 servings 📌Vas a necesitar: • -1 huevo • -100gr de azúcar común o azúcar impalpable • -100gr de manteca • -1 taza y 1/4 de harina 0000 (300gr)+ 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear. • Relleno y cobertura: 500gr de chocolate blanco + 160gr de pasta de mani • 👉Mezclamos el huevo con el azúcar y la manteca. Agregamos la harina con el polvo para hornear . • ❄️Llevamos al freezer por unos 15min. • 👉Realizamos el relleno: derretimos 250 gr de chocolate blanco y agregamos los 160 de pasta de maní. Mezclamos y lo llevamos a la heladera unos 15min. • 👉Estiramos con ayuda de harina. Cortamos nuestros alfajores ( utilicé un cortante de 7cm aprox.) y los puse en una placa con manteca. • ⏲️Horno medio (precalentado) por 10/12min. Apenas haga piso(se cocine de abajo, ya está
